As a construction contractor in the Aged Care industry for over 15 years, The Pulitano Group has managed the design and construction of over 50 aged care additions, alterations and builds.

Over this time we have aligned a team of like minded contractors and consultants that have become experts in this particular area of specialist constructions.

Residential

The Pulitano Group started over 35 years ago as a low density and medium density housing contractor and developer. Throughout this time, a large variety and specification of dwellings have been built.

Recently The Pulitano Group has narrowed its focus on the premium dwelling construction field as well as general low, medium and high density. The Pulitano Group is a licensed Domestic Unlimited contractor.

Healesville Aged Care Facility

In the green surrounds of Healesville, our latest Aged Care project is a 120 bed facility which will cater for High, Low & Dementia specific care. Designed by Graphos Architecture in Port Melbourne it uses several external finishes to articulate its large mass and integrate with the variety of homesteads of the area. Scheduled for completion and operation in late 2011/early 2012.
